REBUILT
REBUILT by Underdogs Unlocked

People Don't Fail Because They Don't Know What to Do.

They Fall Back to Who They Practiced Being.

REBUILT was built in the hardest room imaginable — where the pressure is real, the consequences are immediate, and nobody is pretending. That's what makes it work everywhere else. Whatever you're walking through right now — this system was built for moments exactly like yours.

A human development and economic literacy system — for anyone rebuilding what comes next.

20 minutes. No cost. No pressure. We find out together whether REBUILT is a fit.

THE OLD PATTERN
DOESN'T WAIT.

Most programs hand people information. REBUILT builds the person who can actually use it. When pressure returns. When the old environment shows back up. When nobody is watching. That moment doesn't care how much you learned. It only cares who you became.

The moment doesn't wait. Neither does the old pattern.

FOUR STAGES.
ONE REBUILD.

REBUILT is built around a simple principle: people do not rise to information. They return to their operating system. REBUILT creates a repeatable process for recognizing patterns, responding differently, taking ownership, and sustaining change. The framework integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy principles throughout — evidence-informed methodology that meets the standard institutional funders require.

The stages change the person. What changes the person is a repeating loop — not a program you complete, but a system that keeps running, one level higher each time.

"The decision changes before the outcome does."

Stage 01

Awareness

Psychological truth: You are the problem. That is not an insult. That is the best news you have ever received. Because if you are the problem — you are also the solution. No more stories. No more reasons. The pattern that has been running your life does not survive the moment you see it clearly.

Economic action: Most people think the problem is income. The problem is never income. The problem is the absence of a floor. Build your personal baseline survival budget — the exact number you need to cover your life today. Create cash flow now. Legal. Ethical. Enough to cover the baseline. That is the only starting point that works.

The work: Personal Inventory. Personal Baseline Survival Budget. Both documented before Stage 01 is complete.

Stage 02

Control

Psychological truth: The old pattern is not gone. It is waiting. Every time pressure shows up it is going to reach for the response you have practiced your whole life. This stage is about building something faster than that reach. Space between the pressure and the response. That space is where your new life lives.

Economic action: Every person I have ever worked with who had income and nothing building underneath them had the same problem — they spent up to what they made. The gap between what you make and what you spend is the only bridge between surviving and building. Protect it. Guard it. Never close it.

The work: Working budget completed. Income documented. Expenses documented. The gap visible on paper — and growing.

Stage 03

Ownership

Psychological truth: No exceptions. No explanations. Full responsibility for where you are and where you are going. Every decision you make from here builds evidence of the person you are becoming. That evidence becomes the new identity. Own it completely.

Economic action: Your income pays your bills. Your assets make you wealthy. I taught that inside prison walls and I teach it to people earning $300,000 a year — because the principle does not change. The surplus you protected in Stage 02 is not savings. It is seed capital. Point it at something that grows.

The work: 10-person network map — real names, real connections, documented. Documented income strategy with a 30-day action path built around your specific situation.

Stage 04

Sustainment

Psychological truth: You have something worth protecting now. The person who walked into Stage 01 had nothing to lose. The person standing in Stage 04 has everything to lose — and knows exactly what to do to make sure they don't. That shift is the destination. REBUILT exists to produce that shift in every person who goes through it.

Economic action: DFIU. Don't F*** It Up. That is not a slogan — it is a philosophy. It means you have built something real. Wealth thinking has replaced survival thinking. Create. Protect. Build. In that order. Every time. Without exception.

The work: Written assessment passed at 70%. REBUILT Certificate of Completion issued — earned, not given. Outcomes tracked at 30, 60, 90 days and 6 and 12 months post-completion.

76%

of Americans have little to no financial safety net entering 2026. One in five have nothing left after expenses. Not a discipline problem. A system problem. REBUILT builds the system.

CivicScience, March 2026
41%

of households earning $300,000 to $500,000 live paycheck to paycheck — higher than most Americans making far less. Goldman Sachs confirmed it. More money is not the answer. A system is.

Goldman Sachs Retirement Survey, 2025

What taxpayers spend annually to keep one person incarcerated. REBUILT costs a fraction of that — and builds the system that keeps them from coming back.

IT STARTED WHERE
NOBODY ELSE
WOULD GO.

When I walk into those rooms, something shifts. The egos are gone. The pretending is gone. What's left is a hunger for something better and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get there. In twenty-something years of working in some of the most competitive environments in the world, I have never been around people more coachable than the men sitting in those chairs.

I started teaching them everything I knew. Not a watered-down version. The real thing. The same financial principles, the same mindset framework, the same system I used to build a life worth protecting. These were men that the world had already written off — and they were absorbing it like they had been waiting their whole lives for someone to hand them something real.

One of them, Mo, started writing my words down by hand during class. Not for a grade. Not for credit. Just because they mattered to him in that room on that day. Those notes became the seed of what is now called the Underdogs' Code.

What I found in those rooms I had seen before — in every environment I had ever worked in. The same lostness. The same patterns running people's lives without their permission. The difference is that outside those walls, people have enough comfort to keep pretending. Inside, there is nowhere to hide. The work becomes real because it has to be.

That is where REBUILT was born. Not in a research paper. Not in a conference room. In a place where nothing was pretend and everything was on the line. What worked there works everywhere — because it was built for the hardest version of the problem first.

REAL PEOPLE.
REAL OUTCOMES.

Not testimonials. Documented outcomes. Real people, real numbers, confirmed.

Jacob, REBUILT client, outdoor portrait
Jacob — Former Student · First-Generation REBUILT Participant · Jacksonville, FL

Jacob Was Supposed to Be a Statistic. He Chose Not to Be.

Documented $40/day $900/week in 60 days

Jacob was the first person to put REBUILT to the test. He was making $40 a day detailing cars when a one-time $630 ankle monitor fee came due — with only days to pay it before he'd be violated and sent back. REBUILT helped him find a solution in time. He had people in his corner for the first time.

Sixty days later he is a 1099 fiber optics installer earning $800 to $900 a week, paid every Friday. He opens REBUILT every morning before his day starts — unprompted. His words: "It keeps me reminded where I came from. It reminds me to keep that communication so I won't be led astray." A baby is on the way. A vending machine business is next.

The money changed. The person changed first.

Robert Didn't Just Use REBUILT. He Carried It Forward.

Documented 14-page program adopted company-wide promotion + raise

Months after release, Robert used the same principles to build leadership, rebuild relationships, and create value for others. He built a 14-page training program inside REBUILT for the pool maintenance company he works for — now implemented company-wide. It earned him a promotion and a raise.

But the outcome that surprised him most wasn't at work. When Robert was incarcerated, his relationship with his mother was shattered — his words: "some would believe irreparably." Months after release, they sat together with no agenda and no defensiveness. She saw the difference in his character.

"The impact of REBUILT on my goals is not just for me. It's reaching others — the ripple in the pond."

WHAT'S NEXT?

Start Your Own Rebuild

YOU WERE NOT BROKEN.
YOU WERE BEING FORGED.

Think about the version of yourself you know you're capable of becoming. The one that handles pressure differently. Makes better decisions. Builds something worth protecting.

That person is not out of reach. They are on the other side of a system you have not had access to yet.

REBUILT was built for exactly where you are standing right now.

One conversation. Nothing to lose. Everything to gain.

Take the First Step
For Organizations

THE DOOR OPENS.
THEN WHAT?

They leave with good intentions and no system. The pressure returns. Everything you built with them inside gets tested the moment they walk out.

That is not a character problem. That is a preparation problem. And it is solvable.

REBUILT walks out the door with them. And gives you the documented outcomes to prove it worked.

One conversation. No long-term commitment to start.

Take the First Step

ONE SYSTEM. BUILT FOR WHERE YOUR PEOPLE ACTUALLY ARE.

The framework is the same across every environment. What changes is where your population is standing when they first encounter it. REBUILT meets them there.

Before Transition

REBUILT InsideCorrectional Facilities

Identity reconstruction before release.

Five weeks. Physical curriculum. Delivered using the facility's existing education department equipment — a laptop and monitor standard in most DOC classrooms. No procurement, no setup, no IT burden on the facility. The framework is built in the room and carried out in the Field Manual. Technology activates the moment a participant has a device post-release. The system already knows their story. It picks up exactly where the classroom left off.

During Transition

REBUILT BridgeHalfway Houses & Transitional Housing

Protecting identity during the highest-risk bridge.

Five days. Four hours per day. For populations in structured residential settings — halfway houses, transitional housing, sober living, residential rehab. The facility controls the schedule. REBUILT fills the week. Technology activates on Day Five.

Active Transition

REBUILT Work ReleaseWork Release Centers

Turning new identity into daily systems.

Four sessions. Evening or weekend delivery. REBUILT activates at Session One — because participants have devices. They apply the framework to their current situation in real time. Release is not the finish line. It is the first real test.

Mission Carriers

REBUILT StaffCorrections Professionals

Supporting the people present in some of the hardest moments of others' lives.

Four sessions. Two hours each. Across 30 days. Scheduled around shift rotations. The same system built for the highest-pressure population now supports the people carrying the mission every day.

Education & Workforce

REBUILT PathwayColleges & Workforce Education

Building the person before the credential.

For students carrying real weight while they train for what comes next — community colleges, workforce programs, trade and certification tracks. The framework runs alongside the coursework, not on top of it. Because the credential was never the problem. The person who has to carry it is — and REBUILT builds that person first, so what they earn lands on a foundation that holds.

Working-Life Transition

REBUILT WorkforceWorkforce Boards & Employers

Rebuilding the person a career transition demands.

For working adults the traditional system never prepared for the crossing — dislocated workers, career-changers starting over, and teams inside organizations investing in their people. The reentry population proved this framework under maximum pressure; the free world runs on the same system. Built to fit the funding that already exists — WIOA, dislocated-worker grants, and CareerSource-aligned workforce programs. The credential gets the interview. The operating system underneath it is what makes it hold.

These are the environments where REBUILT is built to serve. If your situation is not on this list — keep scrolling. REBUILT was built for you too.

THE OUTCOMES YOUR FUNDERS REQUIRE.
DOCUMENTED BEFORE THEY WALK OUT THE DOOR.

The failure point in reentry is not inside the facility. It is not six months out. It is the transition. REBUILT was built specifically around that moment — and it gives your organization something most programs cannot: a system your staff can stand behind, measurable deliverables built inside before participants ever leave, and documented outcomes at 30, 60, and 90 days through 6 and 12 months out. A pilot structure that lets the data make the case before you commit to anything larger.

Participants Receive

  • A personal baseline survival budget — the exact number you need. Most people have never calculated it. You will before you leave.
  • The REBUILT Field Manual — physical, yours, built in the room. It walks out the door with you regardless of whether you have a phone.
  • Five weeks of intensive work that rewires how you see yourself and what you believe you are capable of. You leave different than you arrived. That is the point.
  • A certificate of completion — earned, not given. You pass a written assessment to get it.
  • REBUILT activates post-release on your device. It already knows your story from the classroom. It picks up exactly where you left off.
  • A 10-person network map — real names, real connections, documented before you leave.
  • A documented income strategy — not a goal. A plan with a 30-day action path built around your specific situation.
  • Direct access to your REBUILT instructor and the broader UU network. The relationship does not end at graduation.
  • A clear picture of who you are becoming — and the documented evidence to prove you are already on your way.

Organizations Receive

  • A curriculum already built — no development costs, no staff hours creating materials. REBUILT arrives ready to deliver.
  • Physical Field Manuals for every participant — curriculum that works inside the facility using standard education department equipment.
  • Documented participant baselines established in week one — measurable starting points for every person in the cohort.
  • Completion tracking — per-participant progress documented through assessment and certificate.
  • Post-release outcome reporting — employment, income, housing, and behavioral outcomes at 30, 60, and 90 days and 6 and 12 months out.
  • Grant-ready documentation — outcomes formatted for Second Chance Act and workforce development reporting requirements.
  • Staff who have experienced REBUILT themselves — creating internal advocates who understand the system from the inside.
  • A scalable model — start with one cohort. Expand based on what the data shows.

How It Works

  • One conversation to scope the pilot to your environment, your population, and your timeline. No commitment required to start.
  • Week one establishes documented baselines for every participant — the starting point everything else is measured against.
  • Delivered using the facility's existing education department equipment — a laptop and monitor available in most DOC classrooms. No procurement, no IT approval process, no setup burden on the facility.
  • The curriculum is built on evidence-based frameworks — CBT and ACT principles woven throughout. Fundable. Defensible. Documented.
  • Participants complete a written assessment on Day 25. Those who pass at 70% or above receive the REBUILT Certificate of Completion — earned, not given.
  • Post-release REBUILT activates on their device. It already knows their story from the classroom.
  • Outcome tracking begins post-release at 30, 60, and 90 days and 6 and 12 months out.
  • Everything comes back to you formatted for your grant reporting. Then we decide together what comes next.
"You're looking at the next success story of correcting reentry recidivism. Based upon the character development and the tools provided, we have a way of actually allowing men to stop themselves from sabotaging themselves — and to not only become productive members, because that's the baseline, but to really get to a point where they can achieve their dreams — and then in turn get that reproducible process to somebody else."
Robert — former student, first-generation REBUILT participant, months after release. Unprompted. Unscripted.

That is what REBUILT produces. Here is how we prove it in your environment.

SEE IT WORK IN YOUR ENVIRONMENT FIRST.

We bring REBUILT into your environment, establish documented baselines, and deliver the curriculum. At 30, 60, and 90 days post-release — and through 6 and 12 months out — the outcomes come back to you. The data speaks. Then we decide together what comes next.

Take the First Step

"REBUILT isn't only for institutions. It never was."

A man works alone late at night at a cluttered desk, lit by a single lamp — the quiet, unseen grind behind every comeback.

BUILT FOR WHEN IT'S ALL FALLING APART — OR JUST NOT WHAT YOU THOUGHT IT WOULD BE.

When a major transition hits — the job, the team, the uniform, the marriage, the business — it doesn't just change your circumstances. It changes who you are. The identity you built your life around disappears. And nobody hands you a playbook for what comes next.

Whatever brought you here — you know the feeling. Maybe it all came crashing down at once. Maybe nothing dramatic happened at all — it just slowly stopped being what you thought it would be. The life you built started feeling like someone else's. The math at the end of the month still doesn't add up. The morning you woke up and the thing that defined you was gone. The version of yourself you used to be so sure about — that certainty disappeared and nothing replaced it yet.

REBUILT was built in the hardest possible environment because hard environments strip everything fake away and show you what actually works. What worked there works here. Because the pressure is real wherever you are standing.

Take the First Step
20% of workers globally are engaged at work. That means 8 in 10 are showing up every day to something that does not have them. A system problem. REBUILT builds the system.
Gallup, State of the Global Workplace 2026
72% of American workers are experiencing moderate to high stress right now. The highest number in seven years. Not because people got weaker. Because the pressure got heavier and nobody built a system for it.
Aflac WorkForces Report, 2025
55% of American workers are burned out right now. Not tired. Burned out. Tired is fixed by rest. Burned out is fixed by rebuilding who you are and how you operate.
SHRM / Hubstaff, 2026
28% of Americans believe right now is a good time to find a quality job. Down from 70% just three years ago. The ground shifted underneath everyone. The question is whether you have a system for what comes next.
Gallup, Q4 2025

IF ANY PART OF THIS
FEELS FAMILIAR —
REBUILT IS FOR YOU.

Whatever your game was — this is the new game. REBUILT doesn't ask you to become someone different. It redirects who you already are toward something worth building.

THE THING THAT MADE YOU WHO YOU WERE IS GONE.

The sport. The uniform. The title. The role. The relationship. Whatever it was — it was not just what you did. It was who you were. And when it ended, nobody told you what came next. REBUILT was built for the morning after that ending.

YOU DID EVERYTHING RIGHT. AND IT STILL DIDN'T ADD UP.

You followed the plan. Built the career. Made the money. Did what you were supposed to do. And somehow you ended up in the same place as everyone who didn't. That is not a personal failure. That is a system failure. And a system is exactly what fixes it.

THE PRESSURE IS WINNING RIGHT NOW.

The bills. The relationships. The job that is slowly killing you. The math that never adds up no matter how hard you work. You are not looking for inspiration. You are looking for something that actually works. That is what REBUILT is.

THEY COUNTED YOU OUT. YOU ARE NOT DONE.

Maybe the system failed you. Maybe you failed yourself. Maybe both. It does not matter anymore. What matters is that you are still here and you have not quit. REBUILT was built for exactly that person. The one who refuses to let the last chapter be the last word.

A SYSTEM BUILT AROUND YOUR STORY

REBUILT knows your specific situation, goals, and obstacles. It tracks your progress, challenges your patterns, and thinks alongside you — structured guidance available every single day. Not just when someone is available to help.

IDENTITY FIRST. EXECUTION SECOND.

REBUILT starts with who you are — not what you earn. Awareness. Control. Ownership. Sustainment. In that order, for a reason. You cannot build something that lasts on a foundation that has not been rebuilt first.

FOUR STAGES. ONE CERTIFICATE.

Each stage builds on the last. The certificate is not a participation award. It is proof that you became someone different — and you have the documented record to show it.

TIM FERGUSON.
HE BUILT THIS
FROM THE INSIDE OUT.

Tim Ferguson has been knocked down by the same things that knock most people out permanently — financial collapse, personal failure, the end of a career he had given everything to, seasons of his life where the gap between who he was and who he needed to become was wider than he knew how to cross. He crossed it anyway. Every time. What he learned crossing those gaps is the foundation of everything REBUILT teaches. He does not stand in front of people who have been counted out and hand them theory. He hands them the same framework he used to rebuild his own life — because he has used it.

There are people who can walk into a prison and command a room — and walk into a boardroom and do the same thing. Not because they adjust. Because they are the same in both. Tim Ferguson is that person.

Twenty-seven years as a licensed mortgage loan originator. Twenty-plus years evaluating talent and character in professional baseball. Years teaching financial architecture and entrepreneurship inside Florida correctional facilities. He has operated at a high level across some of the most competitive and high-pressure environments a person can enter. He has built things, lost things, and rebuilt. He knows what each of those feels like from the inside.

What he found inside those prison classrooms was not what he expected. Men with nothing left to lose — hungry, coachable, and completely out of excuses. He gave them the same system, the same expectations, and the same standard he would give anyone. What came back changed what he believed was possible. REBUILT was built from that experience.

Family is everything. The work is an extension of that — a belief that every person deserves access to the tools that build a life worth protecting. He is not the destination. He is the proof that the destination exists. He went there first.

He teaches from scar tissue. Not textbooks.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS.

What exactly is REBUILT?
REBUILT is a human development and economic literacy system. It's not a class you sit through or an app you download. It's a repeatable process that changes how a person responds to pressure — built around four stages: Awareness, Control, Ownership, Sustainment. It was forged inside Florida correctional facilities, where nothing is pretend, and it works everywhere else for the same reason.
Who is REBUILT for?
Anyone standing at a transition. That started with men coming home from incarceration — the hardest version of the problem. But the same system serves people leaving a career, a marriage, a team, a uniform, or a business — and the professionals who carry the mission every day. If any part of the story on this page felt familiar, it was built for you.
Is this therapy or coaching?
Neither. REBUILT integrates evidence-informed principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, but it isn't clinical treatment and it isn't motivational coaching. It's a structured system with documented work and measured outcomes. You don't just talk — you build.
What does the program actually produce?
Documented outcomes, not testimonials. A personal baseline survival budget. A documented income strategy with a 30-day action path. A 10-person network map. A written assessment and an earned certificate. And outcomes tracked at 30, 60, and 90 days and 6 and 12 months out.
How do organizations bring REBUILT in?
It starts with one conversation to scope a pilot to your environment, population, and timeline — no commitment to start. REBUILT runs on the equipment already in most classrooms, so there's no procurement or IT burden. The data comes back to you formatted for your grant reporting. Then we decide together what comes next.
Do I need a phone or a device to do this?
No. The framework is built in the room and carried out in a physical Field Manual that walks out the door with you regardless of whether you have a phone. When you do have a device, the technology activates and picks up exactly where the classroom left off.
